At Whole and Bold, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at amaitland83@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
